City Council - July 3, 2018
Calendar Date:
The Carlton City Council generally meets twice each month on the first and third Tuesdays. A work session is held at 6:00 PM just before the regular meeting at 7:00 PM.
Work sessions are primarily held for general discussions and to receive information and presentations about upcoming action items; no decisions are made, or public comments received.
Regular meetings are primarily held to receive public comments, hold public hearings, and conduct any action requiring Council approval or adoption (i.e. street closures, minutes, resolutions and ordinances, bid awards, contracts, agreements, purchase authorizations, etc.)
During the months of June, July, August, and December the Council only holds one meeting per month on either the first or third Tuesday, depending on availability.
The agendas and packet materials are prepared the week preceding the meeting date and made available for public access on the City's website or by contacting the City Recorder Jennifer Nelson at (503) 852-7575 or via email at jnelson@ci.carlton.or.us.
