Carlton Civic Building Online Comment Opportunity
The Carlton Civic building is a proposed 12,854 sf building which will house over 1900 sf of community space, the Carlton City Hall and Public Safety Department. Included in the proposal are efforts to provide public restrooms, an interactive history of Carlton, a hub for local business networking, and flexible community space that will house a variety of functions including public and private events.
Holst Architecture presented the most current design at an open house on Saturday, January 22nd, held at City Hall (191 E Main Street). The proposed development encourages public feedback and community engagement. Additional comments and questions may be sent via email or voicemail to: sbeaucaire@ci.carlton.or.us or 503-852-7575. Feedback is encouraged to be provided within 10 days following this public posting on: 1/24/2022. After these 10 days allowed for public feedback, the comments received will be consolidated and distributed to the project team.
