Carlton City Hall - Office Move Update

Carlton City Hall Administrative Staff is now available at the Public Works Facility at 945 W Grant St. We have resumed our regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday by appointment only.

Payments to City Hall can still be made in the following ways:

  • Postal mail sent to 191 E Main St, Carlton, OR 97111
  • Online Payment Portal
  • By phone at 503-476-9620
  • During business hours, please bring all payments (even drop off) to our new location inside the Public Works facility.
  • After hours payments can be deposited through the drop slot in the front door of the modular office by Public Works.
