Carlton Mercury TMDL Implementation plan

The City of Carlton has an U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved plan in order to meet the federal Clean Water Act.  This plan meets water quality standards to ensure that beneficial uses of the river and tributaries, such as swimming, fish consumption and fish rearing, are protected.
