Utility Billing Delay!

The City has received reports that many of our citizens have not yet received their water/sewer utility bills. After some investigation, it was discovered that due to weather events in the South, Southeast, and Central U.S., the United States Postal Service is experiencing delays in processing and delivery.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. To accommodate, a couple of options are available to access your billing information.

Civic Center staff is available by phone and in person to provide account information. A copy of your bill can also be provided in the office or via email upon request.

You can also register your account online at Civic Pay Online - Login (merchanttransact.com). Once registered, you can view your current account balance, sign up to receive emailed statements, and enroll in autopay.
